Outstanding Industrial Technologist Award

The National Association of Industrial Technology held its 37th annual convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Bill Vidacovich, Acadian Ambulance Vice President of Fleet Maintenance, was presented with the Outstanding Industrial Technologist Award, given in recognition of his exemplary leadership and application of the principals of Industrial Technology. The National Association of Industrial Technology recently held its 37th annual convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Bill Vidacovich, Acadian Ambulance Vice President of Fleet Maintenance, was presented with the Outstanding Industrial Technologist Award, which was given in recognition of his exemplary leadership and application of the principals of Industrial Technology.
Vidacovich was nominated for the award by the Industrial Technology Department of the College of Engineering at the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, where he serves as Chairman of the Industrial Technology Advisory Board, and member of the College of Engineering Advisory Board.
Vidacovich earned his BS degree in Industrial Technology in 1975 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, and has been employed by Acadian Ambulance Service since 1973. A resident of Lafayette, Vidacovich is a native of New Orleans and a United States Marine Corps Viet Nam veteran.
